The song may only be used in your personal online channels, with a maximum of 1 individual project in a royalty free way (meaning that the copyrighted content may be used without a need to pay royalties or license fees for each use in your 1 individual project - e.g. several youtube vlogs on a single channel, intro song to your podcast project). In that case you may reuse the song more than once. The song cannot be used in online paid advertising or any activities for profit, but you are allowed to monetize your Youtube videos or your Spotify podcast.
Commercial Starters (Freelance or Small Businesses, e.g. Phone Cases, Wedding Video) starting at $149/per song
The song may be used in your business or freelance projects in product campaigns or your commissioned work. Size of business: small brands, start ups, local reach, 1-3 products. e.g. Phone Accessories, Wedding Videos, Small Video Productions. Thesong may only be used in 1 individual project, such as winter campaign, or 1 wedding video. The song may be used in smaller online paid advertising campaigns and your online platforms such as websites, social media.
Commercial Advanced (Unlimited Use in Digital Ads, International Business, e.g. Smart Watches) starting at $499/per song
The song may be used in your business or your company’s marketing projects for profit. Global online advertising campaign, established brands, more products involved e.g. Smart Watches, Clothing Brand, eshop with many products, a documentary with a bigger production budget. The song may only be used in 1 individual project, such as a winter campaign or anew product launch. The song may be used in more advanced global advertising campaigns and your online platforms such as websites, social media.

What is the Youtube usage policy for Jeff Kaale's songs?
In order to combat & prevent fake claims, we have decided to enable Content ID for Jeff Kaale’s music. All content creators will still be able to use & monetize except the content creator will need to dispute each claim. You will get a claim from my distributor companies on behalf of Czech Vibes Sound.
How can you quickly dispute the claim on your own?
Please dispute the claim with this code: “I have purchased a license with the order number: “. The claim will be released within 1-2 days and you can monetize the video yourself. Also, you won’t lose any revenue that’s made between the claim and the release. YouTube holds it in an escrow account for you.
What if you get a copyright claim and you already purchased a license?
In general, you’ve got 2 options.
Your Dispute will be released within 1-2 days.
EXCEPTIONS
1) For creators who only have a spoken or written permission from Jeff Kaale: You will be claimed if you don’t PROPERLY GIVE CREDIT to our music.
Solution: Properly add credits to the description of your video. Then dispute the video by writing: “I have properly added the missing credits (Artist Name - Song Name) to my video.”
2) You will be claimed if the video ALREADY HAVE MULTIPLE CLAIMS by other companies.
If you have 1 claim or more than 1 claim on your video and it's not from us, the 3rd party claimant will take all the revenue which makes no sense since they are also taking a % of Jeff Kaale's share.
Solution: Remove the other claims first. Then dispute the video by writing: “Czech Vibes Sound is the only claim left on this video. Please remove the claim.”
3) You will be claimed if the sample owner of older Jeff's songs is claiming the material. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it for now.
